Job Description / Responsibility
  • Use cold calling and other lead-generation activities to identify potential customers. .
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Use persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Identify and approach potential customers interested in our projects.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct sales presentations and provide detailed information about our properties.
  • Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
  • Manage customer data and interactions in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Hotel, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Call Center, Developer
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Experience in the real estate sector will be given preference.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be excellent in planning, leading, and managing.
  • Ability to work independently
