Job Description / Responsibility
  • Armor Bangladesh Ltd. is a leading product and solution provider of alternative banking solutions in Bangladesh. The company envisions introducing new products, solutions and services to the market besides increasing the market share of the existing ones.
  • We are looking for technical individuals to provide smooth service & Support to the esteem clients, ensuring the sales and revenue growth of the company
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Support Engineer will be recruited for ATM/CRM/RCDM Support Team, Technical Support Department.
  • Installation and set-up of ATM/RCDM/CDM, Problem Identification, Diagnose, Resolution.
  • Provide field service for customers 24x7, handle and process customer complaints on our provided terminal.
  • Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of client’s requirements & response to the client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
  • Periodic (Preventive Maintenance) on ATM/CRM and different products.

Educational Requirements
  • Computer Science and Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or Relevant field from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • IT Enabled Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
