Job Description / Responsibility

Establish and manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, to promote products in both English and Mandarin.
Drive solar business development globally and build strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with the technical team to address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent after-sales service.

Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 35 years
Proficiency in Chinese (spoken, written, and conversational) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Experience in solar products or related fields and basic knowledge of solar systems and electrical circuits are advantages.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Familiarity with import/export procedures is a plus.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
