Job Description / Responsibility
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients or customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations or pitches to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of products or services.
- Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale, pricing, discounts, and payment terms with clients to close deals effectively while maximizing profitability.
- Closing Deals: Successfully closing sales opportunities by overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and demonstrating value to the client.
- Market Research: Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Sales Strategy Development: Developing and Implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, preparing reports, and providing management insights to drive decision-making.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products or services, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to sell to clients effectively.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to align sales efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
- Customer Feedback: Gathering customer feedback regarding their experiences with products or services and communicating this feedback internally to improve offerings.
