Job Description / Responsibility
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for property and service sales.
  • Promote the company’s portfolio of services to potential and existing clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in networking events, seminars, and corporate meetings to expand the company’s client base.
  • Team Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.

Educational Requirements
  • MBA/BBA from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Hotel, Resort
