Job Description / Responsibility

Communicate with clients over the phone to provide information, answer inquiries, and arrange property visits.
Conduct property visits with clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Coordinate and participate in sales presentations, meetings, and property tours.
Manage and grow a client base by identifying and targeting potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry professionals.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
