Job Description / Responsibility

Manage overall security operations of the compound.Ensure smooth Security Service to support Operations of the Company;
Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises;
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including security guards and officers.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities.
Train security staff on security procedures, emergency response protocols, and customer service techniques.
Maintain accurate records of security-related reports and documentation as per CTPAT audit requirement.
Formulating Safety & Security plan for ensuring security.
Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers;
Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues;
To maintain contract with local Police Station, Fire Station & other local authorities;
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to security management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 45 years
Retired personnel from Bangladesh Army / Navy / Bangladesh Air Force will get preference
