- Job Context:
- We are looking for Project Engineer / Civil Engineer who has experience in supervising the construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Candidate should have proven experience and will be responsible for monitoring ongoing project quality and ensuring supervision with fair face construction.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Designing and working drawings of the projects.
- Monitor and track project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met.
- Perform inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the company and project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory authorities.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Civil, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Real Estate, Developer
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- The applicants should have experience in Fair-Face Construction.
- Experience with a reputable real estate company will be preferred.
- Being able to ride a motorcycle.
