Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct quality checks throughout production and control the release of finished goods.
Oversee calibration, validation and maintenance of job instruments and QC documents.
Acquire samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per sampling plan and proceed to prepare them for analysis, incorporating proper labelling and documentation.
Ensuing proper testing, sorting and quality of food. Ensuring food & controlling product quality through proper procedures.
To assist the head of unit in all his duties as required.
Ensure product wise costing.
Ensuring compliance with local and international food safety standards (e.g., HALAL, HACCP, ISO22000:2018).
Identify areas for improvement within quality control processes.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

10 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
Specially: Bakery biscuits, Powruti, cake, Bun etc.
