Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Production Monitoring & Planning:
Prepare daily operation reports and line layouts.
Track workers' daily attendance and adjust for production balance.
Monitor hourly production and ensure daily targets are met.
Efficiency & Performance Improvement:
Conduct regular Time, Capacity, and Motion studies.
Analyze operator skill levels and monitor performance.
Identify bottlenecks and optimize line balance.
Implement 5S practices in the workplace.
Training & Evaluation:
Evaluate employee skills, especially during recruitment.
Update skill matrices weekly or monthly.
Train employees to enhance productivity.
Operational Analysis & Innovation:
Track and reduce Non-Production Time (NPT).
Suggest innovations to improve production processes and product quality.
Coordinate with technicians and supervisors for line setup and process improvement.
Customer Coordination:
Ensure alignment of raw materials, packing materials, and production schedules with customer purchase orders.
Work towards timely delivery and synchronize production planning with client needs.
Reporting & Other Duties:
Maintain and validate cost-related data (e.g., SOT).
Perform production studies for critical processes and create hourly output reports.
Handle any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Good communication skills in both Bangla and English (oral and written).
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in computers, especially Microsoft Office (Excel skills should be advanced).
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
