Job Description / Responsibility
- The Telemarketing Representative’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
- The Telemarketing Representative must have excellent communication skills as well as sales ability and should be meticulous in keeping records, also be able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
- You need to answer outbound B2B/ B2C calls from USA to sell our product & services.
- You need to ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the deal.
- You need to be receiving calls & customers enquiries to sale our products/service over telephone as per the instruction provided.
- Applicant needs to work for night shift 5-6 days a week ( 8 PM – 6 AM Bangladesh Local Time).
Educational Requirements
- A Level, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), O Level
- American International University Bangladesh,North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University,Uttara University students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Telecommunication, Call Center
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Experience in B2B, B2C Cold Calling, Telemarketing in Any International Call Center will get higher priority.
- Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is MUST.
- Excellent communication skill.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
