Job Description / Responsibility
- Role description:
- Oversee inbound and outbound call management, ensuring high-quality service.
- Accurately process customer orders and update the system in real time.
- Offer information on menus, offers, delivery times, and promotions.
- Recommend additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Provide support to UK and international clients via calls, emails, and live chats.
- Maintain and update customer records with precision.
- Follow company guidelines, compliance standards, and quality procedures.
- Work closely with the team to resolve queries and ensure smooth operation
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in English, O Level, A Level
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 24 years
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a Call Centre/Customer Support role is preferred.
- Ability to work during UK night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems is a plus.
- Candidates with IELTS certification will be given preference.
- Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with UK time).
