Job Description / Responsibility
  • Role description:
  • Oversee inbound and outbound call management, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Accurately process customer orders and update the system in real time.
  • Offer information on menus, offers, delivery times, and promotions.
  • Recommend additional products or services to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide support to UK and international clients via calls, emails, and live chats.
  • Maintain and update customer records with precision.
  • Follow company guidelines, compliance standards, and quality procedures.
  • Work closely with the team to resolve queries and ensure smooth operation

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in English, O Level, A Level
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 24 years
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre/Customer Support role is preferred.
  • Ability to work during UK night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems is a plus.
  • Candidates with IELTS certification will be given preference.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with UK time).
