Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Identify and address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, promotions, and updates to guide customers effectively.
Communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and chat channels to provide the best customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Collaborate with various departments, including sales, inventory, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
