Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated & dedicated People.
Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
Tele sales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific client over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.

Educational Requirements

HSC, Diploma, Bachelor/Honors.

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 30 years
Freshers are also encouraged to apply if communication skills are better.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in customer service.
Proficiency in both Bengali and English.
Confident, fluent, and precise in spoken communication.
Should have excellent convincing skills to make an uninterested person interested.
Basic computer knowledge such as MS Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, Notes etc.
