Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Purpose: To focus on sales revenue generation & meet targets by selling online membership/wedtech subscription over phone to the new and existing customers and maintaining relationships effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Selling Membership/Subscription over the phone and meet assigned daily/monthly sales target given by the organization.
- Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
- Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages
- Providing the right customer experience.

- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Call Center

- Skills and Competencies:
- Expert in sales, Excellent verbal communication, Telephone etiquette, Selling and Telemarketing skills, Persuasive skills, Listening skills, Service orientation, Integrity
- Up-selling, Upgrading existing clients to next range of products
- Must be able to handle pressure
