Job Description / Responsibility
- Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, Protocol, Standard Operating Procedure-SOP of Financial Aspect.
- Actively participate in the company's business planning process including new business to prepare the annual operation plan.
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments
- Ensure financial planning for the Group and for individual business units.
- Present the monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statementsTake initiative for improving operational efficiencies, minimize waste, controlling overheads and optimizing working CapitalMaintain proper cost records and determine material cost, labor cost, factory overhead, and work in process.Control and report on total import, export and banking activities of the company.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations by coordinating with the Commercial teamMonitor the Inventory (physical and in the system) on a periodical basis.Manage overall Tax & VAT matters of the Company which includes but is not limited to: payment, processing and submission of Tax & VAT returns/reports on time, handling external audits/ disputes/appeals and maintaining good relations with relevant authorities.
- Oversee the development, implementation that assist in enhancing short range and long-range financial stability.
- Collaborate with the senior management team on organizational planning and decision making.
- Responsible for providing accurate and fully compliant financial information to the banking partners, internal or external auditors and other external agencies as required.
- Supervise, monitor and control the assets management and movement.
- Any other tasks assigned by Top Management.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements
- At least 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 42 years
- FCA/ FCMA is mandatory.
- Atleast 5 years of experience in Leadership role.
- Strong Presentation skill and should be expert in Microsoft powerpoint, Excel and Word.
