Job Description / Responsibility

Work order & Fund requisition checking
Market visit for rate verification
Head office & Factory bill and voucher checking and follow up.
Checking subcontract receive challan & other receiving challan and follow up time to time.
Follow up LC (letter of credit) & TT (telegraphic Transfer) and any other short receive reports
Follow up MRS (return challan) checking for whether item bill paid or not paid.
Quarterly or Yearly inventory valuation of the company
Conduct legal compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry regulations, environmental laws, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and suggest improvements where necessary.
Perform on-site audits in factories to verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Assess the implementation of internal controls and operational procedures within the manufacturing facilities.
Identify non-compliance issues and work with factory management to develop corrective action plans.
Monitoring bill in hand to Audit, advance bill in hand to Purchase, old challan in hand to Store Department
Follow up yarn balance checking to subcontract party
Need basis / Weekly factory visit
C&F and Transport rate following up and keep records of rates.
Check and prepare Financial Statement as per BAS (Bangladesh Accounting Standard), ISA (International Standard of Audit)
Coordinate the external audit

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ MBS in Accounting.
CA- (C.C) from a renowned Audit Firm.

Experience Requirements

At least 6 years
