Senior Manager/ Manager - TAX

Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure preparation & submission of annual TAX return and related documents to TAX authority in timely manner.
Ensure submission of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly returns & statements to respective circle of NBR.
Correspond with Tax authority and consultant for Corporate Tax assessment, Perform Corporate Tax planning and reporting.
Review and ensure the process of payment of TAX on timely manner.
Ensure submission of Treasury chaIIans and respective certificates to Vendors.
Ensure collection of treasury challans and respective certificates from clients.
Advice on salary structure to optimize cost to the employee and tax on salary.
Document management related to TAX.
Proactive discussion with NBR officials on expected changes.
Keep abreast of with the latest development in TAX arena.
Consult with CFO to ensure latest changes are incorporated and new policies released.
Create awareness and train the relevant team members in understanding the TAX laws, process & procedures.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting
Bachelor/ Master Degree (Major in Accounting/ Finance) with good academic track record.

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Real Estate, Chemical Industries, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Mobile Accessories, Cement, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
