Job Description / Responsibility
- Check and verify all kinds of bill vouchers to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Review purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents to verify accuracy and compliance with procurement policies
- Raw materials, WIP, finished goods & general store item physical inventory counting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Production process audit (from raw material and finished goods) and root cause analysis of abnormal process loss
- Perform periodical audits on raw materials, finished goods & general store items
- Capable of finding out the discrepancy of every dealing and record and report timely.
- Identify weaknesses in the internal control system and contribute to the development of the process/ system
- Performing all reconciliations and analytical procedures
- To ensure all the deliveries are being done according to the company’s rules and regulations.
- Pre-audit of salary, wages, overtime, earned leave encashment, service benefit, final settlement & maternity benefit etc.
- Check C & F bills and root cause analysis of port and shipping demurrage.
- Loan liability (Term Loan, OD, CC, STL, EDF, UPAS) repayment or settlement account audit.
- BTB L/C, export realization, and import-related bill voucher audit.
- Prepare a details audit report, highlighting key findings, recommendations and action plans.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Masters/MBA major in Accounting & Finance from any public/reputed private Universities with good academic record.
- Candidates having CA (CC) from a reputed firm will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments, Textile, Buying House, Washing Factory
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 21 to 36 years
- Minimum 3-5 years year experience in the respective field in any export-oriented Textile/garment industry.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Computer Literacy.
- Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard-working & willing to work under pressure.
- Job Location: Dhaka & Gazipur.
