Job Description / Responsibility
- Runway International seeks an Accounts Executive skilled in ERP-based accounting systems, specifically in the accounts module, to manage and streamline financial data, transactions, and records. This role will focus on ensuring precision in accounting processes, financial data reporting, and ERP system optimization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions using ERP systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with departments for budget alignment and financial guidance.
- Conduct audits, account reconciliations, and handle ERP troubleshooting
- Job Responsibilities:
- Banking, Payment processing, software update receivable and payable and others posting in accounting software and report to management actual financial position of company.
- Recording of all transactions in Excel & ERP software.
- Experience with computerized accounting systems is essential.
- Expertise in MS Excel is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Recording of all types of Vouchers Prepare bank reconciliation Prepare budget & Salary sheet.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
- Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide company.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
- Daily weekly and monthly report update
Educational Requirements
- Accounting, Finance, / Diploma in accounts
- Skills Required: Accounting Software, COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, ERP

- Knowledge on manpower business, ticketing will be helpful
- Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiating skills
- Strong execution skills, ability to perform under pressure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP-based accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
