VitaCan industries Ltd. is engaged in metal coating and 4 Color UV metal printing as well as manufacturing of Metal Can (tin Can) of different shapes and sizes especially, three pieces round can, rectangular can, aerosol can/ pressure can, paint can, can ends, aerosol top lid and bottom end etc. As far as it is concerned VitaCan is the biggest can making company in Bangladesh. To us, quality means adhering to the highest standards of packaging. We try to serve quality to our clients. VitaCan supply cans for packaging and preserving foods, cosmetics, oils, lubricants, paints, chemicals and aerosol products etc. to various clients and have been able to ensure customer satisfaction by providing customized products.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented Officer, Accounts for our VitaCan factory. This role will support our financial operations by managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
To plan, maintain and ensure efficient use of petty cash.
To forecast weekly factory expenditure & send requisition to head office and ensure optimum petty cash balance to meet up any urgent demand.
To check and verify all factory expenditure.
To ensue daily, weekly & monthly receipts & payment statement and report to head office.
To assist head office inventory audit team to conduct monthly inventory audit/inspection.
Any other duties and responsibilities time to time assign by management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
