Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain vouchers, cash and bank book, general ledger book, party ledger book and other relevant registers.
  • Maintain the petty cash book.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly bank reconciliation statement.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly accounts related report preparation and checking.
  • Prepare & checking Provident Fund.
  • Reconcile the balance end of the month and submit the Monthly reports to the Dept. Head
  • Bank & cash journal voucher posting in Tally Software.
  • Receive cheque and cash from concerned department and deposit to the bank
  • Daily posting Export and Import transaction in Tally software.
  • Monthly stock update and posting.
  • Prepare monthly receipts & payments accounts.
  • Prepare and review revenue, expenses, payroll entries, TDS, AIT, BTBLC and other accounting documents.
  • Special assignment as per management requirement.
  • Job Location: Tallabagh, Sobhanbagh, Dhaka. Corporate Office.

Educational Requirements
  • M.COM/MBA in (Accounting)
  • CA (CC) from reputed firm.
  • Skills Required: Accounts, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel), Tally Software, ERP Software.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • Competent on Tally, ERP and MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Profound analysis and people management skill.
