Audit Executive - US Based External Audit (Night Shift)

Job Description / Responsibility

Provide External Auditor functions as needed and Audit engagement activities to ensure compliance with the firm’s Audit methodology.
Complete Audit plans and testing for small engagements based on risk assessments and other planning documents.
Complete Audit workpapers that define test objectives, document testing and conclusions.
Ensure Caseware is properly updated and Audit’s completed per IFRS disclosure checklist.
Prepare draft Audit reports for all client deliverables and manage the approach based on client deliverables.
Prepare an accounting checklist and analysis of client accounting procedures with notes on strengths and weaknesses.
Provide insightful points to improve the client’s internal and external record keeping.
Communicates and coordinates with client personnel for the receipt of evidential matter and other information for testing purposes.
Provide communication audit documentation, coordination, understanding of workpapers, accurate notes, dissemination of timely information to Audit Manager and other stakeholders.
Submit weekly time reporting on Zoho for each work week by the first business day of the following week.
Ensure engagement appraisal forms are accurately recorded and completed within 15 days of the end of the Audit engagement period.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Graduates with CGPA 3.50 and above will be given preferences.
Partly Qualified ACCA/CA

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 29 years
Previous Experience with External Audit.
Previous experience with QuickBooks and Caseware.
Knowledge on International accounting standards and regulations and IFRS.
Experience in risk assessment and management.
