Job Description / Responsibility

Good 3D visualization and rendering skill and detailed design/drawing capabilities is required.
Must have proper knowledge on Interior materials. Coordinate with clients regarding design-related issues.
Responsible for drawing a demo design of the Interior structure.
Undertaking design project from concept to completion.
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
Utilize computer applications in the design process.
To ensure customer satisfaction.
Possess a moderate understanding of AutoCAD to contribute to our interior and exterior projects.
Work effectively under pressure, maintaining a high level of quality and creativity in your work.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project requirements.
Exhibit a strong sense of ethics and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise during projects.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements

3 to 6 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Skill Required: 3D Render,d5 Lumion, V-Ray,Sketchup, Interior or Exterior Render, Excel.
