Assistant Manager-Graphic Design

Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and execute creative designs for Branding & Marketing Team.
Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
Collaborate with Branding & Marketing, Sales & Marketing and product development teams to understand project requirements and ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Create and present design concepts and mock-ups for review and approval.Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand's visual identity and strategic objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging design techniques.
Prepare final artwork for printing, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Work closely with photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals to produce cohesive visual content.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and consistency of packaging materials.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for upcoming projects.
Ensure all visual content is consistent, high-quality, and adheres to the brand's standards.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.

Experience Requirements

4 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Advertising Agency, Steel
