Job Description / Responsibility
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, including trimming, sequencing, and adding effects, music, and graphics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and video concepts that align with project goals.
- Perform color grading, sound mixing, and final export to ensure the video meets brand and platform standards.
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms, ensuring consistent quality and format across channels.
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and animations for video overlays, social media posts, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Design thumbnails, video intros/outros, and other elements to enhance video engagement.
- Ensure all graphics and visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns, presentations, and promotional content.
- Generate new ideas for video content and visual designs that resonate with the target audience and support the brand’s message.
- Research trends and stay updated with new techniques in video production, editing, and design.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative insights and suggestions for upcoming projects.
- Work closely with marketing, social media, and content teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Provide and receive feedback constructively to continuously improve the creative output.
- Operate editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) effectively.
- Maintain an organized digital archive of assets and completed projects for easy access and future use.
- Perform quality control checks on all content, ensuring files are error-free and meet technical specifications.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Training Institutes, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
