Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service with the concern of F & B Manager.
Make recommendations for corrective actions on operational issues, when and where necessary.
Maintain Food & Beverage product and service standards and procedures as per SOP.
Responsible that the restaurant's set up is impeccable and ensures high standards.
Attend and co-chair regular meetings, ensuring open communications and the promotion of teamwork throughout the department.
Chair internal daily briefing to review yesterday's business and services, and the current day's plan.
Constantly monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the service, implementing new ideas, policies & procedures in line with hotel objectives and philosophies.
Foster an environment of guest satisfaction where guest is anyone who is requesting service including co-worker and support departments.
Attend to operational problems, guest complaints, inquiries, requests and replies to Food and Beverage correspondence.
Fulfill any other duties as requested by the Restaurant Manager, Division Head, Department Head Or Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

3 to 6 years

Hospital, Hotel, Resort
