Job Description / Responsibility

Candidate have must be eligible to submission visa require documents as for immigration system.
Candidate have must be English typing speed 50 per minute.
Candidate Assistance with application forms and documentation.
Candidate Support with Senior for preparing documents.
Candidate must be speaking & writing English frequently.
Candidate have to complete process overseas visa applications, strictly adhering to embassy regulations and deadlines.
Engage in effective communication with clients and embassies through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, to address queries and provide guidance.
Establish and maintain strong liaisons with relevant authorities, including manpower agencies, to procure essential documents for visa processing.
Execute the fee agreement on behalf of Immi Visa to ensure the services.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by answering the enquiries.
Achieve the service's goal monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Assist and report to Higher-Level Management.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
