Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are urgently seeking Branch manager in Visa Consultant agency, where minimum 10+ years of Experience essential.
  • Job Role
  • Developing and implementing sales plans
  • Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
  • Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
  • Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch
  • Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
  • Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
  • Resolving customer problems as needed
  • Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
  • Drafting forecasts and business plans
  • Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
  • Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
  • Analysis, correction and improvement measures for achieving the sales targets for branch.
  • Daily review of performance of sales staff and guiding / counselling and helping them in achieving

Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Airline, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, GSA, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 38 to 48 years
  • You must be holding Masters in business management or a marketing related subject.
  • You must have Experience with a well known Visa Consultancy, Extensive knowledge and experience of supervising.
  • Experience in a senior role managing Visa consultancy.
  • Experience of working with organizations who are involved in the Visa Consultancy following types of visa process: IELTS Coaching, Middle East Visa process, UK/USA/Canada student visa process, Ummrah & Hajj visa process, Medical visa process, work permit visa process, Tourist visa process.
