Job Description / Responsibility

Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to students throughout the entire application process, from admission to visa acquisition. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Admission Officer to join our team and contribute to our students' success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the application process for international universities, ensuring all applications are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
- Draft and edit personal statements on behalf of students, ensuring effectively convey the students’ achievements, goals, and motivations.
- Prepare professional CVs for students that highlight their qualifications, skills, and experiences in alignment with international standards.
- Develop well-crafted research proposals on behalf of students, if required, to enhance their applications for research-focused programs.
- Handle the entire visa application process for students, including preparation, submission, and follow-up, for destinations including the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Europe, and other countries.
Educational Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Private University Graduates are highly encouraged to Apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's or Masters's degree in English.
- Knowledge of IELTS or other English qualifications is preferred. Foreign Degree Holders are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to produce high-quality personal statements, CVs, and research proposals.
- Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
