Job Description / Responsibility
  • Role Overview:
  • We seek an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal
  • candidate will provide expert advice and support to students throughout the admission process
  • for universities in the European Schengen countries and other countries as well.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide students through the application process for universities in Europe.
  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student needs and aspirations.
  • Assist students in preparing application materials, including SOP and GTE documents.
  • Stay updated on admission requirements, deadlines, and policies for various universities.
  • Organize informational workshops and webinars for prospective students.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 23 years
  • Previous 2 years experience in education counselling or admissions preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of higher education systems in Europe and other countries as well.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
