Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a visa Consultant Executive for our organization.
- Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications for countries like USA, Canada, UK, Australia,
- Schengen, Japan, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Vietnam, South Korea, Turkey, Philippines, and others as per client preference.
- Track and manage the status of visa applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to clients.
- Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for different visa types.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.
- Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures for various countries.
- To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.
- Must be adept at building strong communication with clients over the phone and face-to-face.
- Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
- Must have proficiency in computers and the Internet.

Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing
