Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and elevate brand presence. This role involves overseeing sales operations, creating marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical and creative skills, with a proven track record in managing teams, achieving sales targets, and enhancing customer engagement. As a key contributor to the business, the Sales & Marketing Manager will work closely with senior management to align strategies with company goals and adapt to evolving market trends.
- Key Responsibility:
- Sales Strategy Implementation
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet organizational sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and adapt strategies based on changing market dynamics.
- Team Management & Development
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team capabilities.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify potential new clients and opportunities for business expansion.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report on sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, presenting sales forecasts, and progress.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
