Job Description / Responsibility
  • Modern Packing is a flexible packaging company, serving a wide range of businesses with high-quality packaging solutions. It is looking for a Depute Manager, Sales & Marketing to drive business growth, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets in the competitive market.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales in the packaging industries, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and customer segments in the B2B sector.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 6 years
