Job Description / Responsibility

Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored ERP solutions to address their challenges.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Odoo ERP solutions, including features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
Manage and update the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales activities.
Close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging ERP technologies.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor/Honors
Certifications in ERP software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) will be given preference

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Newspaper/Magazine, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Web Media/Blog, Call Center

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years
2+ years of experience in ERP sales, software sales, or solution selling, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in B2B sales, managing a large client portfolio, or handling enterprise accounts.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for delivering presentations to executive-level audiences.
Ability to explain complex ERP concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
