Job Description / Responsibility

About Us: METSELL is a leading supplier of steel mills equipment and spare parts, as well as high-quality marbles, dedicated to delivering excellence to clients in South East Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the industry. We are expanding our team and seeking three dynamic and results-driven Male Senior Executives in Marketing and Sales to join us on this exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the industrial equipment and spare parts market.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building efforts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management on key metrics and strategies

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Masters
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Screening criteria - NSU, east west, brac, and other reputed university.
No national and public university

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the steel and marble industry is a plus.
