Job Description / Responsibility
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new ones in the food and beverage industry.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends in food ingredients and flavors, and understand the technical specifications of the products offered.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with the research and development team to provide feedback from clients and assist in product development.
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and analyze performance metrics.
Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to clients, addressing any issues or inquiries they may have regarding the products.
Networking: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and network with potential clients.

Educational Requirements

BBA/Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

At least 5/2 years in related in Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development Department Work experience.
