Job Description / Responsibility

Promote the company's existing brands (www.garmenttechbd.org).
Maintain effective communication with our existing local and international partners.
Identify and secure new B2B clients, primarily through LinkedIn, and schedule sales meetings.
Update assigned leads on CRM and other platforms on a daily basis.
Achieve monthly sales targets by completing assigned tasks.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients by conducting regular visits, understanding their needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities.
Gather, analyze, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports on CRM.
Collaborate with the team to organize and participate in regular lead-generation activities and events.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At most 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Experience in management may be advantageous.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Capability to work effectively under pressure.
A professional and well-maintained LinkedIn profile.
Any certification from ASCM APICS will be given high priority.
Proficiency in English is a must. Candidates with skills in speaking and listening in Hindi and Urdu will be given high priority.
