Job Description / Responsibility

Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential clients and supporting the sales team in nurturing leads through calls, emails, and follow-up meetings.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to gather insights that help refine marketing strategies.
Sales Presentation : Prepare materials and give sales pitch to client, product demonstrations, and Seminar, showcasing the company’s products and services effectively.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Help maintain CRM tools, ensure accurate data entry, and generate sales reports to track progress.
Event Coordination: Participate in organizing and promoting online and offline events such as Seminars, conferences, and workshops to increase brand awareness.
Customer Relationship Management: Support the sales team by responding to client inquiries, setting up meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketing, technical, and sales teams to ensure project alignment and develop strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.
Proficiency in Office Software: Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Economics
