Job Description / Responsibility

Relationship Officer (RO) identify clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products. This role offers high earning potential, comprehensive training, and career growth opportunities with Shanta Life Insurance PLC.
Identify prospective customers, assess their needs and strong ability to transform them to actual clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide personalized life insurance solution.
Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge
