Job Description / Responsibility

A car sales and marketing officer's responsibilities:
Marketing: Creating marketing and sales strategies, developing and implementing advertisements, and identifying marketing opportunities .
Sales: Recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees, and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
Communication: Communicating with customers, managers, and colleagues, and explaining car features to clients .
Customer relations: Building rapport with potential customers, maintaining a customer database, and assisting customers with paperwork.
Reporting: Maintaining reporting structures and recording sales and inventory .
Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets .
Showroom: Assisting with the set up of showroom and promotional displays.
Data analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends .
Budgeting: Forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets .
Must be know about digital marketing.

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements
