Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary:
We are looking for some motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and monitor competitors' activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and negotiate contract terms.
Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager.Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operation of sales processes.
Maintain an accurate record of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Additional Job Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for all over Bangladesh.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
Previous Experience is Multiboard is preferable.
