Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Sales & Marketing, specializing in yarn sales, to join our team at a spinning mill.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for yarn products.
Build and manage relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends and maintain competitive positioning.
Lead digital marketing initiatives to expand market outreach.
Prepare annual sales forecasts by assessing market demand.
Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management.
Prepare and present reports for management, including sales reports, sales forecasts, target setting, and market analysis.
Provide timely feedback and market insights to top management.

Educational Requirements

MBA in Marketing

Additional Job Requirements

7-10 years of experience in yarn marketing
Knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
