Job Description / Responsibility
- Execute the company sales and services of specialty products.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Explore new markets to contribute to sales increase.
- To ensure maximum profitability of the company.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our software products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team to pursue.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-up activities.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine calling scripts and approaches.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance product offerings.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years

- Daily e-mail received and provided update on query sheet
- Daily query check, investigation report provide & delivery status provide
- Daily phone query received & proper feedback by phone
- All clients communicate other issues
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies
- Responding promptly to customer inquries
- Acknowledging & resolving customer complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
