Job Description / Responsibility

Responsibilities & Context Maintain strong working relationships with all clients.
Schedule appointments with the Clients for office visit & virtual meeting or physical visit.
Keeping records of all Customer care related activities. Other work assigned by Management.
Understand the market, the customer and the competition. Ensure after sales service for customer satisfaction.
Responsible for managing client relationship.
Regular follow to the clients over the phone/email/physical visit.
Try to achieve weekly & monthly target (Personal & Management Leads).
Keeping records of all Customer care related activities. Other work assigned by Management.
Understand the market, the customer and the competition.
Prepare all the documents according to the checklist and hand over to clients.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, ISP, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Importer
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
