Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and execute a technology roadmap for launching cloud-based services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Research and implement the latest cloud technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Keep up with industry trends, especially in the U.S. and Bangladesh cloud markets, and adapt the strategy accordingly.
- Lead the development and deployment of cloud services tailored to the Bangladesh market, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Drive innovation to continually improve the user experience, performance, and reliability of cloud services.
- Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies that enhance our offerings, such as AI-driven analytics or edge computing.
- Architect and implement cloud infrastructure that prioritizes high availability, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop a robust cybersecurity framework to protect data and maintain customer trust.
- Manage network and data center infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing performance and cost.
- Collaborate with local and international partners to enhance service offerings and optimize infrastructure costs.
- Oversee the technology budget, focusing on cost-effective solutions that align with business growth objectives.
- Track and report on the ROI of technology investments, particularly regarding scalability, security, and market competitiveness.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years

- IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Newspaper/Magazine, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Web Media/Blog, Call Center

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing technology teams.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS,CISSP.
- Ability to think tactically and translate business objectives into technology initiatives.
- Proficient in risk mitigation and data security of digital assets.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the Bangladesh market.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for software development/delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
