Facebook page management / moderation
Facebook Group management / moderation
Whatsapp SMS management / moderation
Website Stock Maintenance
Website Header and Banner Update
Variation product update
Create draft post in Woocommerce
Assist customer if they have any query on products or service.
Maintain good communication with customers
Check and publish customer review on products
Monitor and track 3rd party courier entry
Email Marketing campaign setup and monitor
Assist customer for bKash and card payment over the phone.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

1 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Wholesale, Retail Store, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 30 years
Who will get preference-
People with extensive knowledge on Woocommerce and wordpress
People with proper knowledge on inventory management software
People with good communication skill
