Job Description / Responsibility
- Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Implement standardized procedures for efficient project management and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define software requirements, architecture, and technical specifications.
- Ensure that system designs align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to introduce the best practices and innovative solutions that improve software capabilities.
- Develop comprehensive user manuals, documentation, and training materials to support software applications.
- Provide training and ongoing support to users to ensure effective utilization of software solutions.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and financial risks are minimized.
- Align project goals with allocated budgets and ensure fiscal accountability in all software development activities.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project milestones, potential delays, or other factors impacting the project timeline.
- Lead initiatives that position the software team to deliver cutting-edge, business-aligned solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative environment to encourage innovation, productivity, and high performance.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements

- Age 30 to 33 years
- Having an MBA will be preferable.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
