Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsible for overall App development project of the organization through timely completion of new IT projects/ programs or updating existing ones and end to end process design in coordination with cross-functional teams to increase higher productivity through innovation.
- Developing new features and user interfaces from wire-frame models.
- Develop and implement mobile applications for cross-platform environments.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Ensure the app's performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define app requirements and features.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve development efficiency.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Qualifications & Key Skills:
- Experience in mobile application development, with a portfolio of published apps.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C (for iOS), Java, Kotlin (for Android), or JavaScript (for cross-platform development).
- Experience with mobile development frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services.
- Design & UX: Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Ability to work with design teams to implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of app store submission processes and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of mobile app security practices.
