Job Description / Responsibility

To communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
To develop and analyse functional specifications
To design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
To coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
To integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
To gather feedback from end users about system performance
To plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
To provide advice and technical training Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
To understand business and technology needs
To prepare system and training documents, such as user manual, training materials and slides
